E' finalmente online l'intera collezione di favole dal mondo, una rassegna di approfondimento nata per favorire l’inclusione culturale attraverso la condivisione di conoscenze e storie dal mondo, per allargare lo sguardo e gli orizzonti, per scoprire l’altro e promuovere l’arricchimento e la crescita umana e sociale del territorio in un’ottica sostenibile e glocale, rispettosa delle diversità e delle minoranze.
Le favole attingono a un'immaginario del sostrato culturale africano e sono state scelte, create, ideate o rielaborate dai volontari del progetto "People Have The Power": i giovani, con un background migratorio, hanno deciso di valorizzare la propria cultura e le proprie radici offrendola in dono alla comunità locale. Inoltre, il lavoro di ricostruzione, ricerca e adattamento ha permesso di approfondire temi specifici in chiave attualizzata, utilizzando metafore e similitudini che favoriscono la condivisione di valori o principi collettivi basati sul rispetto reciproco, l'uguaglianza, la convivenza e il rispetto reciproco, la capacità di distinguere tra bene e male.
Le favole sono state anche uno strumento importante, per alcuni di loro, per rielaborare in chiave fantastica, traumi ed esperienze del passato, trasformando un'esperienza negativa in un'occasione di condivisione positiva.
Favole dal mondo è una iniziativa nata nell’ambito dell’attività Inclusion Point realizzata all’interno del progetto “People have the Power”. “People have the Power” è un progetto promosso da SEYF nell’ambito del programma Corpo Europeo di Solidarietà, con il supporto di Agenzia Nazionale per i Giovani e la partnership del Polo biblio-museale di Lecce.

The whole collection of "Stories from the world" is finally online, an in-depth review created to promote cultural inclusion through the sharing of knowledge and stories from the world, to broaden the gaze and horizons, to discover the other and promote enrichment and human growth and social aspects of the territory in a sustainable and glocal perspective, respectful of diversity and minorities.
The fables draw on an imaginary of the African cultural substratum and have been chosen, created, conceived or reworked by the volunteers of the "People Have The Power" project: the young volunteers, all coming from a migratory background, have decided to enhance their culture and their own roots offering it as a gift to the local community. Furthermore, the work of reconstruction, research and adaptation has made it possible to deepen specific themes in an updated key, using metaphors and similarities that favor the sharing of collective values or principles based on mutual respect, equality, coexistence and mutual respect, ability to distinguish between good and evil.
Fairy tales were also an important tool, for some of the volunteer, to rework in a fantastic key, traumas and experiences of the past, transforming a negative experience into an opportunity for positive sharing.
Fairy Tales from the World is an initiative undertaken within the ‘Inclusion Point’ activity created in the "People have the Power" project. "People have the Power" is a project promoted by SEYF within the European Solidarity Corps program, with the support of the Italian National Agency and the partnership of Polo biblio-museale di Lecce.
