Project title: Caffè e Carcadè Youth Exchange

Location: Lecce, Puglia, Italy

Participants needed: 6 participants aged 18 - 30 years

Costs: Travel costs covered up to a limit of 170€. Food and accommodation 100% free.

Membership fee & Participation fee Malta – €10. Participation fee host organisation – €20.

Participating Countries: Italy, Malta, Spain, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco

Project Description: “Caffè e Carcadè” is a multilateral youth exchange under the KA1 of the Erasmus+ programme. The project’s main aim is to educate youth on mutual tolerance and respect of differences, by promoting and raise more awareness about the use of media and social network. In the end, the participants will create a communication campaign as a powerful contribution for fighting hate speech.

Through the application of experiential and peer to peer education, in line with the principles of non-formal education, the project is going to stimulate young people sense of cooperation, teamwork, cooperation and for destroying barriers and fostering a more inclusive society.
