COSA SONO LE ATTIVITà DI MESSA IN RETE E FORMAZIONE PER OPERATORI ATTIVI NEL SETTORE DELLA GIOVENTù?
Il programma Erasmus+ sostiene lo sviluppo professionale degli educatori, formatori, operatori giovanili e sociali offrendo periodi di formazione o attività di messa in rete all'estero.
I periodi all'estero possono comprendere corsi di formazione, visite di studio, job shadowing o periodi di osservazione presso le organizzazioni interessate.
- Durata: La mobilità degli educatori può durare da 2 giorni a 2 mesi, esclusa la durata del viaggio.
- Condizioni: Per consentirti di andare all'estero con Erasmus+ come educatore, la tua organizzazione deve partecipare ad un progetto per la mobilità dei giovani con un'altra organizzazione o istituto, come SEYF.
- Sostegno finanziario: La sovvenzione dell'UE sostiene i costi di viaggio, vitto e alloggio e quelli legati all'attività.
SEYF è attiva da oltre 10 anni nei programmi di mobilità giovanile internazionale, ed è organizzazione di invio e accoglienza di giovani all'interno di scambi giovanili.

L'Europe Point rientra all'interno dello Sportello Mobilità / Mobility Point ed è un'iniziativa nata nell’ambito del progetto “People have the Power”. L’obiettivo dell’iniziativa è promuovere i programmi Europei per supportare i giovani salentini nell'intraprendere esperienze di mobilità internazionale.
“People have the Power” è un progetto promosso da SEYF nell’ambito del programma European Solidarity Corps, con il supporto dell’Agenzia Nazionale per i Giovani e la partnership del Polo biblio-museale di Lecce.
WHAT IS A NETWORKING AND TRAINING OF YOUTH WORKERS?
Erasmus+ supports the professional development of youth workers through training or networking periods abroad.
Periods abroad can consist of training courses, study visits, job shadowing or observation periods at relevant organisations and more.
- Duration: Youth workers' mobility must last a between 2 days and 2 months. This excludes travelling time.
- Conditions: To go abroad with Erasmus+ as a youth worker, your organisation, such as SEYF, must be part of a youth mobility project with another institution or organisation.
- Financial support: The EU grant supports travel as well as practical and activity related costs.
- How to apply: You cannot apply for a grant as an individual. Applications must be made by organisations who in turn involve youth workers in the project.
SEYF has been active for over 10 years in international youth mobility programs, and is an organization for sending and welcoming young people within youth exchanges.

The Europe Point is part of the Mobility Point activity and is an initiative within the project "People have the Power". The goal of the initiative is to promote European programs to support youth from Salento in undertaking international mobility experiences.
